IFE Elevators Co (SHE:002774) has received board approval to dissolve its wholly owned subsidiaries Dongguan Kuaian Technology Co, and Luoyang Kuaidi Elevator Co, according to a Wednesday filing on the Shenzhen bourse.
The subsidiaries are being dissolved to optimize the company's operating capital structure, and their dissolution is not expected to adversely impact the company's overall business, production and operation development, or sustainable profitability.
