Crescendo Receives Full Payment for Johor Industrial Land Sale

Crescendo (KLSE:CRESNDO) received the outstanding balance and late payment interest from the buyer of an industrial land it sold last year, according to a Wednesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.
The payment completes settlement for the 52.5-acre freehold plot in Johor, Malaysia, which Crescendo Development sold to MSFusion for 263.2 million ringgit in August 2025.
The development comes two weeks after Crescendo said it issued a written notice to the buyer over its default on payment obligations for the asset.
