The Bursa Malaysia will delist the entire share capital of Pimpinan Ehsan (KLSE:PEB) from the Main Market, effective Sept. 14, according to a Wednesday filing to the Malaysian bourse.
The bourse said the entire issued share capital will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities' Main Market, citing the company's prolonged failure to regularize its financial condition since May 2018.
