Jonjee Hi-Tech Industrial and Commercial's (SHA:600872) total share capital will decline after the company repurchases and cancels 3.3 million restricted shares, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.
The restricted shares previously belonged to 218 employees, who have resigned.
The total number of shares will be trimmed to almost 771 million shares from 774.3 million shares.
The Chinese food seasoning manufacturer's shares fell 2% at the close.
