Henan Yuneng (SHE:001896) subsidiary Nanyang Yadian will transfer its 19.0476% equity stake in Henan VC to Henan Innovation Investment Group for 114.1 million yuan.
The move aims to refocus resources on Nanyang Yadian's core business and improve operational efficiency, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Henan Innovation Investment Group is a wholly-owned unit of the company's controlling shareholder, Henan Investment Group.
