China Airlines (TPE:2610) signed a property lease with its unit, Taiwan Aircraft Maintenance and Engineering for a total rent of around NT$55 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The airline operator will lease around 1,762 square meters of space and will pay a monthly rent of around NT$2 million over a 27-month period.
