Chia Ta World (TPE:2033) has agreed to acquire land and a factory building in Tainan City, Taiwan, valued at NT$397.6 million, from Yiyao Enterprise, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Stock Exchange filing.
The land is valued at NT$270.9 million, while the building is valued at NT$126.7 million, the steel products manufacturer said.
The assets will support the company's newly established semiconductor cleaning business unit, it added.
