【国有六大行响应房贷贴息新政，明确“免申即享”】9月30日，国有六大银行先后发布关于落实居民购房贷款贴息政策的公告，自2026年10月1日起，为新发放符合条件的首套住房商业性个人住房贷款提供财政贴息服务。多家银行明确，将采取“免申即享”办理方式，即每月收息时，在每期还款额中自动扣除对应贴息金额，并通过短信等方式及时告知客户。
