President Donald Trump on October 3 posted on social media platform X, formally endorsing Katherine Robertson for the next Attorney General of Alabama. Trump stated that Robertson, currently serving as Chief Counsel to Alabama's Attorney General, has proven she has the "Courage and Wisdom" to deliver strong results for the people of her state and the nation.
Trump highlighted that Robertson will focus on ensuring law and order, championing law enforcement and first responders, supporting military veterans, safeguarding elections, keeping the border secure, stopping migrant crime, upholding the Constitution, and protecting the Second Amendment. He wrote: "Katherine Robertson has my Complete and Total Endorsement to be the next Attorney General of Alabama — SHE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!"
The President also noted that Alabama is a state he loves and where he "WON BIG, six times, including Primaries, in 2016, 2020, and 2024." Further details of Robertson's campaign have not been disclosed.
