President Donald Trump announced on X on October 4 the establishment of the Super Intelligence Force (SIF), tasked with coordinating federal government efforts to ensure the United States continues to lead globally in super intelligence.
According to Trump, the SIF follows a historic White House accord on super intelligence, where major technology companies affirmed their responsibilities to the American people. The force will coordinate federal engagement with consumers, public interest groups, religious organizations, critical infrastructure providers, and super intelligence companies.
The SIF will be led by Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton, Federal Trade Commission Chairman Andrew Ferguson, Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering and Chief Technology Officer Emil Michael, and Office of Personnel Management Director Scott Kupor. They will report directly to President Trump and Chief of Staff Susie Wiles. Trump stated that super intelligence is widely considered bigger than the Industrial Revolution and the Internet, and this move aims to protect all Americans' interests and improve their lives.
