商务部国际司负责人解读中国—瑞士自由贸易协定升级议定书。
在货物贸易市场准入方面，双方达成了互利共赢的高水平关税减让成果，将在原自贸协定基础上，进一步降低两国间关税水平。
根据最新关税减让安排，中瑞双方将在原协定基础上，分别对近300个税目进一步降低关税水平，最终实施零关税的产品覆盖双方超过99%的贸易额。
具体产品方面，瑞方在原协定中已取消全部工业品关税，在升级议定书中将通过立即实施零关税或部分降税的方式，进一步大幅开放农产品市场，作出其对外最高自由化水平的开放承诺，中方含油子仁、植物油、宠物食品等重点产品将以更优惠关税待遇进入瑞市场。
中方在原协定基础上，通过立即实施零关税或5年、10年过渡期实施零关税的方式，进一步给予瑞方产品优惠关税待遇，瑞士咖啡、机床、手表等输华产品将在原协定部分降税或未予降税的基础上逐步取消关税。
