      If they are not independent of China resources then its not a good move. Cause the difference in cost is not due to the materials but the tariffs. Sure other countries can support but it wont be as cheap as previous dealings. With china recent reaction, boeing might not be the only company whose product will be rejected by them.

      Import tariffs can be passed onto consumers. High inflated cost will cause the demand to drop. An alternative is to seek new market between euro, south america and asian. It is also and opportunity to use brics as a main currency since the new market relies less on the us dollar. Of course it is still up to the leaders who either want to forgo their growth by hoping to get us market.
