Is there still a need for a new electric car in the market?\n<div class=\"bt-text\">\n\n\n source：<a href=\"https://36kr.com/p/1200402733631747\">36氪</a>\n\n\n</div>\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/1f36b37eb8e9efe8641c7be55a7da26d","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"https://36kr.com/p/1200402733631747","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1152699667","content_text":"从多位知情人士处获悉，蔚来将对现有70度（kWh）电池包进行升级，新电池包采用磷酸铁锂电池，有望做到超过75度的电池容量，计划今年四季度发布。这个讯号的意义在于，磷酸铁锂电池以成本低著称，蔚来可以通过此举降低成本，并冲击更低价格段的产品，参与更广市场的争夺。2020年，特斯拉国产化之后，正是依靠磷酸铁锂电池，将国产Model 3车型售价从30多万元一路下探至24.99万元，也帮助特斯拉实现了中国市场年销超过10万台的成绩。小鹏汽车也在今年推出磷酸铁锂车型，冲击更多销量。“新电池还是宁德时代供应，目前已经在做B样测试。”接触到宁德时代高层的消息人士向36氪透露。电池在汽车上量产的导入周期一般在18个月左右，全程需要做A、B、C三个大轮次的测试和验证。蔚来采用磷酸铁锂的消息去年已经传出，有媒体报道称，蔚来从宁德时代包下一条磷酸铁锂产线。但结合蔚来官方回应和36氪所了解，这更多是一次乌龙，蔚来的这条产线原先是宁德时代预留给特斯拉，被蔚来包下用以生产100度电池包。而此次的升级磷酸铁锂电池包可能要开设新产线。不过，磷酸铁锂电池虽然性能稳定、成本更低，但问题在于其能量密度上限低，冬季性能折损。对此消息，蔚来向36氪回应称，公司对各种类型的电池都有研究，磷酸铁锂电池需要解决冬季寒冷天气下体验不佳的问题。但目前技术上正发生一个新改进：电池公司通过结构设计和材料改良，已经可让磷酸铁锂电池实现与三元锂电池等同的续航能力。目前在蔚来体系内流通的电池包有70度和100度两种容量。70度电池包早在2017年底就已经发布，2019年的NIO Day上，蔚来又发布采用CTP技术的100度电池包。如果车主从70度基础版电池包永久升级到100度电池包，费用达到5.6万元。蔚来也推出过中间方案。有行业人士向36氪分析，蔚来的电池升级在预料之中，原先的70度电池包，已经难以满足车主的续航需求，“70度的电池，实际能使用的可能就65度左右，在北方冬天还要打个折扣。”有使用70度电池包的蔚来车主也向36氪反馈，北京冬季续航已经只有200多公里。蔚来也曾在2018年的NIO Day上推出84度电池包，采用宁德时代NCM811技术，但行业中的811高镍电池车型接连发生起火事故，蔚来也在短暂交付84度电池包后，予以搁置。如今采用磷酸铁锂电池，显然是看到了该技术在性能和成本之间的平衡点。目前来看，蔚来正在建立一套组合拳。首先，磷酸铁锂电池的推出，会在成本上创造更大优势，提升整车毛利率，进而创造降价空间。此外，有行业人士告诉36氪，蔚来已经在合肥启动一款新车型的开发，定位低于现有SUV和轿车车型。从官方信息看，如果采用蔚来BaaS（电池订阅服务）方案，整车最低售价可以到27.6万元。如果用定位更低的车型结合磷酸铁锂电池，蔚来的售价区间势必会进一步扩大。在角逐激烈的行业格局下，高端定位的蔚来汽车也已发起冲锋信号。而这在造车行业和电池行业，都将掀起一波风浪。三元锂电池和磷酸铁锂电池是动力电池的两条主要技术路线，两种电池名字对应的是电芯的正极材料，三元锂电池中的三元材料指的是镍（Ni）、钴（Co）、锰（Mn）或铝（Al）三种材料的聚合物，也就是常说的NCM、NCA，后面标注的数字523或者811，则是三种材料的配方比例，而磷酸铁锂电池对应就是正极采用磷酸铁锂（LiFePO4）聚合物的电池产品。三元锂电池的特点是能量密度上限高、充放电性能好，可支持的续航里程多，性能更好，因此成为电动车企的主流选择。但其短板是热稳定性相对差、成本高。而磷酸铁锂电池的内部结构稳定，可以耐高温和过充，因此，自燃起火的概率也相对较低。而且，由于磷酸铁锂电池不含贵重金属钴，成本也更低，以目前车企主流采购价为例，三元锂电池普遍在800元每度电，而磷酸铁锂电池可以低至600元左右。不过，磷酸铁锂电池的弱势是能量密度上限低，且低温环境下，电化学活性低，也就导致了冬天续航和充电效率缩水明显。特斯拉去年冬季收到的一个集中反馈，就是北方的磷酸铁锂车型续航缩水严重。小鹏汽车CEO何小鹏也坦言，“铁锂电池更适合温暖气候。”那么，一向坚持高端定位、对标BBA的蔚来，是否会在性能上妥协？36氪从知情人士处了解到，蔚来会通过技术手段解决磷酸铁锂冬季的性能折损问题。伴随磷酸铁锂电池身上的技术难点被逐渐攻克，这个电池方案也开始进入行业主流。宁德时代董事长曾毓群就在与红杉资本全球执行合伙人沈南鹏的对话中判断，“随着充电桩的增多，续航里程不需要很长，磷酸铁锂电池增速会非常快，它非常便宜……未来磷酸铁锂占比会逐渐增加，三元（三元锂电池）的比例会很少。”头部造车公司蔚来、小鹏汽车和理想汽车，都已将车型售价拉升到30万元左右，但在长远战略中，覆盖市场都会大幅扩张。而磷酸铁锂电池正加速这一趋势。理想汽车就在内部信中表示，未来车型会涵盖15万元-50万元价格范围，而据36氪了解，理想汽车的低价车型采用的正是磷酸铁锂电池，要做到4C的大倍率充放电。而小鹏汽车在P7之后也推出了定位更低的小鹏P5。蔚来在高端市场逐步站稳脚跟后，也在借助磷酸铁锂向下攫取更多市场。问题可能来到新晋加入造车战场的科技巨头这里，2-3年后，头部造车公司的全产品矩阵快速形成，市场上还需要一款新的电动车吗？","news_type":1,"symbols_score_info":{"NIO":0.9}},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1334,"commentLimit":10,"likeStatus":false,"favoriteStatus":false,"reportStatus":false,"symbols":[],"verified":2,"subType":0,"readableState":1,"langContent":"EN","currentLanguage":"EN","warmUpFlag":false,"orderFlag":false,"shareable":true,"causeOfNotShareable":"","featuresForAnalytics":[],"commentAndTweetFlag":false,"andRepostAutoSelectedFlag":false,"upFlag":false,"length":1,"xxTargetLangEnum":"ORIG"},"commentList":[],"hasMoreComment":false,"orderType":2}
