$Torchlight Energy Resources(TRCH)$Ok. The market doesn’t make sense for this shareat the moment.

If I’m not mistaken, TRCH will cease to existafter the merger and all our share will be transferred as MMAT.

If that’s the case, TRCH should be worth thesame as MMAT. But right now TRCH is trading at a discount to MMAT.

What the hell is going on?
