$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ Still some way to go... At least according to the chart... There are obviously risks and opportunities involved for 🐯 broker. 🐯, as we know, has been building up its community platform through various activities. It has grown its community into a platform of information sharing, as I am doing now [Tongue] .
A major risk comes from China as the Chinese legislation has been targeting Chinese money outflow. New law is in the work to prevent Chinese investors from using trading platforms such as 🐯 to invest outside China. To be fair, 🐯 broker has taken steps to alleviate China's concerns. The question will always be is it enough.
Opportunities obviously lie in the platform itself. Tiger broker has been doing very well to expand its platform and has introduced various trading instruments into the platform. In its latest result release, derivatives trading and institutional investment have shown to be on the rise. We can see the increase in derivatives trading in 🐯 platform with an increased sharing of options profit [Surprised] . The sharing does have the effect of making more people wanting to climb onboard options trading! Remember, 🐯 also provided the learning materials for options basic and with demo account, everyone can try their hands on... This opens up more opportunity for revenue to grow as derivatives trading is definitely more lucrative than shares trading as far as tiger broker is concerned.
The chart, as I mentioned earlier, is promising. It is showing a cup and handle trade currently. I expect the price to cross $5. $4.75 currently is a resistance but I expect the share price to clear maybe with or without correction. Interested traders could use the correction (if any) to enter the trade once correction is over (i.e. upon clearing$4.75). $5.50-5.70 is the target price for the cup and handle trade.
