I have been a retail trader in the stock market for 6 years now. Ive dived into most variations of trading available for lehmann like us such as Investment Linked Plan (through insurance companies), DCA into Unit Trusts and Exchange Traded Funds, all types of Options trading, swing trading with stocks.

All in all, I learned that stress comes with everything you do anyways. Its a by product of the hardwork and effort u put into learning to do something to the best of your ability. So if you let stress be a hinderance of being able to invest for your own future, then you have to come to the fact that you are relying on your active income from your job to keep you afloat, hopefully with a hefty emergency savings stashed somewhere.

However, if you treat stress as a by product, double down on finding resources to better yourself as a trader, you will reap the benefits multifolds heading towards retirement. You might not see it now, but trust the process and celebrate all the small wins along the way.

Lastly, losing money is just part of the learning process. Quiters see losing as an escape route, Winners see losing as a learning opportunity and stepping stone to the next level. So decide which side you want to be in.

Happy trading and may we all take a another positive step towards our Financial goals in 2025. HUAT ARH!*[Miser]
