Tik Tok US went offline on the 19th, then was available again on the 20th.

It also has a very artfully written pop-up window description:

At the top of the pop-up is TikTok's colorful logo, and underneath it says "Welcome back!"and

Followed by a text, "Thanks for your patience and support. As a result of President Trump's efforts, TikTok is back in the U.S.!"(Thanks for your patience and support.Thanks to President Trump, TikTok is back in the U.S.!).

And then below that, "You can continue to create, share, and discover all the things you love on TikTok."

It's also telling that Trump is mentioned so strongly and so many times:

1. Sort of a thank you to Trump for his pivotal role in the turnaround of TikTok's fortunes; after all, by granting a 90-day grace period, TikTok could have had time to negotiate further with the U.S. government for a longer-term solution, such as exploring possible joint ventures, etc;

2. It is important to note that Trump was the first to propose banning Tik Tok, at that time, Tik Tok may not be friendly to it, but during the 24-year campaign, Tik Tok promptly stood in line and Trump provided a lot of help, and ultimately helped Trump to be successfully elected, so even practicing TikTok users will think that it and Trump should have been"win-win" relationship;

3. This one is probably the most important: Tik Tok has repeatedly mentioned Trump in its announcements, which is also an extremely smart "retreat for advance", showing goodwill first and tying up the relationship with Trump, so that if Trump flip-flops in the future, the image of Trump among Tik Tok users may be in tatters!
