There are 4.06 million Nvidia option contracts traded on Friday, up 35% from the previous trading day. Call options account for 66% of overall option trades. Particularly high volume was seen for the $138 strike call option expiring January 17, with 374,145 contracts trading.

$Intel(INTC)$ shares surged 9.3% on Friday amidst speculation that the company could be a potential acquisition target. This development was reported by SemiAccurate, stirring investor interest in the chipmaker's stock.

There are 975.3K Intel option contracts traded on Friday, up 295% from the previous trading day. Call options account for 74% of overall option trades. Particularly high volume was seen for the $21 strike put option expiring January 17, with 59,868 contracts trading. The next is the $22 strike call option expiring January 17, with 54,347 contracts trading.

$Alibaba(BABA)$ shares gained 3.3% on Friday after a positive phone call between Chinese President Xi Jinping and US president-elect Donald Trump.

There are 521.7K Alibaba option contracts traded on Friday, up 46% from the previous trading day. Call options account for 86% of overall option trades. Particularly high volume was seen for the $85 strike call option expiring January 17, with 42,244 contracts trading.

$MicroStrategy(MSTR)$ shares jumped 8% on Friday as Bitcoin rallied. Advocates and holders of crypto will soon influence U.S. policy on the emerging technology after a slew of nominations and advisory appointments by President-elect Donald Trump, who takes office on Monday.

There are 1.17 million MicroStrategy option contracts traded on Friday, up 144% from the previous trading day. Call options account for 71% of overall option trades. Particularly high volume was seen for the $400 strike call option expiring January 17, with 82,230 contracts trading.
