I'm a shareholder of Centurion, I do not subscribe to the REIT IPO, so I do not get the 9% jump, instead my Centurion tumbled more than 9% since the REIT listed. 😅

  Market seems to be ignoring the fact that Centurion Corp owns a bulk (45%) of the REIT. Perhaps the recent cooldown reflects some mean reversion as a result of the recent spikes. Overall, however, the PBSA and PBWA sectors should remain resilient with strong tailwinds.
