Q4 2024, 4789 jobs, +306 new jobs, a +6.82% QoQ increase
Q1 2025, 5050 jobs, +261 new jobs, a +5.44% QoQ increase
Q2 2025, 5346 jobs, +296 new jobs, a +5.86% QoQ increase
Q3 2025, 5622 jobs, +276 new jobs, a +5.16% QoQ increase
Here all the people who have $SoFi listed as their workplace at the beginning of each month for the last year

The numbers are a little lower than numbers reported in the quarterly reports. For example in Q2 2025 in the report we have 5.5k while I have 5346. This can be explained by the fact that some people don't have LinkedIn or they didn't list SoFi as the current employer.
