When the $S&P 500(.SPX)$
When most companies are reporting strong earnings, showing growth and the indices drop to a strong support, indicating that all these doesn't really make sense.
When fundamentally strong companies are already at the low end of analysts targets price, so institutional accumulation is very likely taking place or is done.
That's when the market will rebound.
