$NFLX Watches Another Potential “Squid Game” Moment
Seems like a huge coordinated effort to push "One Piece" on $Netflix(NFLX)$ .
Mr Beast, the biggest creator ever, is tweeting about the show...and even changed in profile picture to a character.
Kai Cenat, Cinna, and Hasan all chimed in with some tweets about "One Piece".
Four of the largest social creators on earth, all tweeting about the same NFLX show, within hours of each other?
Probably not a coincidence.
But what does this actually mean?
Well, NFLX has a history of popular shows making a meaningful impact on stock price.
"Squid Game" premiered in Sept '21, and led to a +20% increase in NFLX over 3 months.
Stranger Things (2019) & Tiger King (2020) both led to significant increases in subscribers, viewership, and earnings.
Meaning just one show going viral can change a whole quarter for NFLX...which makes this push for "One Piece" even more interesting.
It's been a noisy name lately with the $WBD deal, but with social & influencer interest + live events gaining traction + new shows potentially going viral, this is a name I'm still watching closely in 2026.
