SATS Announces Board Changes with Jessica Tan's Departure
SATS has revealed modifications to its board structure, confirming that Jessica Tan will resign from her director position effective December 31.
Tan will be stepping down from her roles as chair of the nominating committee and as a member of the audit committee; she was originally appointed to the board on April 17, 2017, having served as an independent director for nearly nine years.
Effective January 1, the board's composition will include Irving Tan, Kerry Mok, Vinita Bali, Chan Lai Fung, Chan Lai Fung, Eng Aik Meng, Mak Swee Wah, Deborah Ong, and Pier Sigismondi.
On December 30, shares of SATS closed one cent higher, a gain of 0.263 percent, at $3.81.
