Suntec REIT has reported DPU of 7.035 cents for its FY2025 ended Dec 31, up 13.6% y-o-y, on the back of a 14.6% jump in distributable income to $207.3 million.
Gross revenue, meanwhile, was up 1.7% to $471.6 million.
