The biggest highlight is AI. Dell expects AI server revenue to jump 103% to around $50 billion in fiscal 2027, supported by over 4,000 AI server customers. With heavy AI infrastructure spending from Alphabet Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Amazon.com Inc., and Meta Platforms Inc., Dell is well positioned in this capex cycle.
On top of growth, Dell raised its dividend by 20% and added $10 billion in buybacks. Compared with peers like HP Inc. $HP Inc(HPQ)$ and Lenovo $LENOVO GROUP(00992)$ , Dell’s stronger exposure to AI infrastructure makes it stand out as more than just a traditional PC player.
