$Qualcomm(QCOM)$  The market seems to have quickly moved past its misplaced concern about competition from Nvidia. This reflexive behavior, where prices swing dramatically on news, has become chronic and can largely be ignored by investors. It's only relevant for short-term traders.

The foundational story remains intact and is actually solidifying. An expanding portfolio of businesses, leveraging Qualcomm's expertise in chip design and energy management, is opening up more opportunities in autos, IoT, and end-user devices. Microsoft's Project Solara, a new platform utilizing Qualcomm chips, is another example of these expanding opportunities.

There will be abrupt moves in both directions in this hypersensitive market, but the trends are clear. Investors, even after this recent powerful advance, stand to be rewarded.
