$SanDisk Corp.(SNDK)$ Memory chips can't really come online without infrastructure upgrades, and AI needs a lot of memory. That's why prices have gone through the roof. The next generation of processors will take a couple of years to become available. SanDisk seems to be the only company in a position to make money from this situation.
