Picking my favorite name in each sector, plus where I think price could be in three years. Starting with AI infrastructure.
$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ (Nebius Group)
The shortage in AI compute looks like a big opening for next-gen cloud infrastructure.
What stands out to me about NBIS: backed by $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ , around $10B in cash, roughly $50B in backlog, and they are building a full-stack AI cloud platform.
The thinking here is that hyperscalers are pouring hundreds of billions into AI infrastructure, but demand still outruns available capacity. The winners might not just be the chip designers. It could also be the companies actually providing the compute capacity behind the AI buildout.
My three-year price target: $460
Execution is still the part that matters, of course. The things I am watching: revenue growth, capacity expansion, customer commitments, and margin improvement.
AI infrastructure still feels like it is in the early innings.
