  • Activeport Group reported higher Q1 FY27 revenue across all divisions alongside $2 million in annualised savings.

  • The company's underlying Q1 cash consumption dropped 34% compared to the FY26 quarterly average.

  • Activeport is targeting accelerated revenue growth through FY27, driven by new software projects and international expansion.

Activeport Group (ASX:ATV) reported revenue growth across its three divisions in Q1 FY27 alongside a $2 million annualised cost reduction following a management restructuring.

The business noted that the Software, Network, and Services divisions were each tracking above their FY26 average quarterly revenue levels midway through Q1.

Payroll reductions generated $1.85 million of the savings, which helped drive net quarterly cash consumption down 34% relative to the FY26 quarterly average.

The software provider expects new project rollouts across Australia, Canada, and India to accelerate revenue growth throughout FY27.

Following the announcement, the Activeport Group share price was unchanged at $0.015.

Activeport designs software to assist telecommunications operators and data centres with network infrastructure management.

The company recently launched its Global Edge service internationally, securing commitments from more than six overseas telcos since July.
