$IREN Ltd(IREN)$ I opened this position back in 2024 and still own it to this day, not just as a BTC vehicle but also because of their transition to HPC/AI cloud computing. I knew it was high risk, but the potential was massive. It feels rewarding to look at where things stand now and realize they actually managed to pull that off. You have to give them credit. They went from being a nobody BTC miner and renewable spec play to a real AI infrastructure and energy bottleneck play, with partnerships tied to names like $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ and MSFT. It has been a great ride for me. I used to trade it a couple years ago around the BTC-correlated swings, but eventually went long. I am really glad I did. I got in during the single digits and still hold, though I averaged up during the latest dip around 36/37. I trimmed once before for roughly a 500% gain at 50.
