Management continues expanding its middle-market offering to drive long-term value for customers and shareholders.
Australian Ethical Investment (ASX:AEF) reported funds under management of $14.43 billion for the quarter ended Sept. 30, down slightly from $14.50 billion at the end of FY26.
The slight decline came as wholesale redemptions and market conditions offset $0.13 billion in positive superannuation net flows.
"The first quarter demonstrated the continued momentum and resilience of our business," said Australian Ethical Investment Managing Director John McMurdo.
Superannuation FUM rose to $10.53 billion from $10.40 billion as of June 30, while overall investment net flows recorded a negative $0.10 billion.
The business also launched the Australian Ethical Balanced Income Fund to advance its growth strategy in the wholesale middle-market channel.
Following the announcement, the Australian Ethical Investment share price was up at $4.18.
The fund manager continues to target expansion in the values-aligned middle-market sector through dedicated products for foundations and non-profit organisations.
