For me, the key is whether AI investment can translate into sustainable earnings and cash flow growth. I remain bullish on AI, but the market is becoming more selective. Ambitious spending plans must eventually deliver measurable returns.
I will watch Meta’s advertising growth, free cash flow and CapEx guidance closely, as these could influence $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ , $Broadcom(AVGO)$ , $Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing(TSM)$ and $Micron Technology(MU)$ . I remain positive on AI, but I prefer to stay disciplined and focus on companies that can turn AI demand into actual profits.
