My Conclusion
Based on this chart alone, I would not call it active distribution anymore.
My read is:
RKLB has already distributed from 78 to 50 and is currently attempting to build a consolidation base around 50-53.
However, it is still not yet accumulation because there is no evidence of strong institutional buying or a higher-low structure yet.
Current phase: Distribution → Consolidation/Base Formation Not yet: Accumulation
The most important level on this chart is $50. If RKLB can hold above $50 for several sessions and move back above $59, the probability of a relief rally towards 62-68 increases significantly.
