$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ Meta is kicking off an underwritten public equity offering to raise $35 billion, split between $22.5 billion in Class A common stock and $12.5 billion in preferred stock. There's also a planned $60 billion at-the-market program for Class C shares after that, which would bring the total expansion funding to $95 billion.
