$Intel(INTC)$

Three downside zones to watch

$60 - First downside test - 10% lower -

Look for selling pressure to ease, strong closes relative to intraday lows and volume contraction on subsequent declines. A break through this area would increase the likelihood of a deeper retracement.

$50 - Deeper stress zone — 25% lower

At this level, I would reassess Intel's earnings outlook, foundry execution, cash flow and valuation. A sharp sell-off followed by a recovery could indicate capitulation, but price alone would not confirm a floor.

$45 - possible accumulation level — 32.7% lower - still not a macro floor

From this point three forms of confirmation to look for bbefore committing capital -

1. Business fundamentals: Intel maintains sufficient liquidity, improves free cash flow and demonstrates that its manufacturing roadmap can deliver competitive products at acceptable yields and margins.

2. Valuation: the share price reaches a level at which conservative earnings and cash-flow assumptions justify the market capitalisation—not simply a low multiple of an optimistic future earnings estimate.

3. Market behaviour: a high-volume decline is followed by stabilisation, a successful retest and improving relative strength. That is more convincing than one dramatic intraday reversal.
