$Alphabet(GOOG)$ Google currently has 46 data centers under construction globally. I know, it's mind blowing. 14 of these projects are in Texas, where the governor elect has said specifically that if a project has been approved, it can continue to completion. The pushback against DC construction isn't an extinction level event. Future projects will need to be more considerate, and some will need new locations if water is an issue, but the market reacting as if all DC construction will stop tomorrow is ridiculous. Google is in a good spot.
