$MAPLETREE NORTH ASIA COMM TR(RW0U.SI)$Some math on the current pricing since many of my friends kept asking me why this price. 


- Nac's cash option is at 1.194. 

- Nac's annual divd is abt 6% according to past data from dividend.sg. So per quarter, we are expecting 1.5% which is 0.0179

- So if divd factored in we see price at around 1.21

- Current price is 1.22 which is not far off. This perhaps catered for a bigger divd slice ard 2% this quarter. 


Personally, I have sold NAC at 1.22, keeping the extra cash for other opportunities.
