Key Points Asia Rallies on Truce: Japan’s Nikkei hits a record as a Trump–Xi rare-earths truce lifts risk sentiment; Korea gains on Nvidia-led AI investments while China’s PMI at 49 underscores drag. Auto Chip Squeeze: Dutch takeover of Nexperia and China export blocks spark a legacy-chip shortage; Honda trims output and OEM “war rooms” race to avoid Q4 line stoppages. Rare Earths Pop: U.S.-listed rare-earths miners rise as Beijing delays new export controls for one year after the Trump–Xi meeting, easing near-term supply risk though prior curbs remain. China More Investible (Cautiously): Tariff relief and limited tech access temper geopolitical overhangs, but foreign exposure stays low despite strong CSI 300/HSI gains; flows hinge on growth, policy traction, and a softer dollar.

🌟🌟🌟Tonight the moon is full, the snacks are spooky and my family is ready for a night of Trick or Treat. Here is the plan : Costume Time - My daughter wants to be a witch.  My son insists on being a vampire with LED fangs.  My husband?  He is a ghost.  Not in costume - he just disappears when the cleanup starts. We plan to visit my friend's house where she is holding a special Halloween party. Then we plan to have a movie marathon.  I will pretend to be scared while sneakily eating KitKats.  The kids will scream.  I will scream.  My husband will snore. Midnight : The Real Horror - Tomorrow is November.  The Christmas ads have already begun. Happy Halloween🧙🧙🧙🧹🧹🧹 May your night be full of laughter, love and just the right amount of fright. 🎃🎃🎃 <
$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ My inclination would lean toward observing the cultural aspects rather than participating in haunted-house style jump-scares. From an analytical perspective, Halloween sits at an interesting intersection of community bonding, light-hearted theatrics, and commercial retail seasonality. Many households focus on family-oriented décor, costuming for young children, and casual social interaction — which, in practice, overrides the purely “horror” dimension. If one were to choose between the two thematic modes you described: The intense haunted-house thrill is more suited to those who enjoy controlled fear stimuli and adrenaline. The playful spooky festival atmosphere is more consistent with the social, communal, and humorous aspe

Thrill or Chill: Halloween Sets the Mood for Market Tricks

Halloween may be for costumes and candy, but markets have their own fright night every Q4. As investors juggle earnings, rate fears, and crypto comebacks, sentiment swings faster than a haunted-house door. This spooky season, the real monsters hiding in the dark are missed catalysts. Stocks like BYND and ORBS lurk in the shadows, both waiting for November triggers that could resurrect their charts. RZLV is already warming up with its RBC & Roth roadshow, perfect timing to stir fresh institutional belief just as the Santa trade awakens. Halloween's lesson for traders: fear is opportunity in disguise. The bloodbath in speculative names earlier this year has left undervalued remnants scattered across the battlefield. If the November Effect lands, those once-terrifying charts might turn in

This Halloween, I’ll be staying home to relax with my family. 🎃 Instead of heading to haunted houses or parties, we’re planning a cozy night in — watching light-hearted spooky movies, enjoying snacks, and soaking in the fun Halloween vibes without the crowds. After a busy few weeks, a quiet night feels like the perfect treat. 👻 I’ve also added some simple decorations around the house — pumpkin lights, ghost ornaments, and a bowl of candies ready for any trick-or-treaters. Halloween doesn’t always need jump scares; sometimes it’s just about enjoying the playful, slightly spooky mood with loved ones. 🕯️ Our pet will join the fun too — we’ve got a tiny pumpkin costume ready! 🐶🎃 It’s always funny to see how pets react when they’re dressed up. For me, Halloween is about small joys, family time
If I were to choose a thematic preference for Halloween, I would select the atmospheric, slightly eerie festival mood rather than the high-intensity haunted house format. Haunted houses are designed for adrenaline. The playful spooky setting is more narrative, symbolic, and socially inclusive. That aligns with modern Halloween, which is usually more about lighthearted fun, costumes, and cultural references than actual fear. A Stranger Things rewatch fits this well. Hawkins delivers a slow-burn, retro mystery — evoking nostalgia more than terror. It sustains the Halloween ambience without overwhelming stimulus. Thus, the “ideal” Halloween activity, in my view, would be quiet thematic immersion rather than physical scares.

Unfortunately, I m still working ie communicating with US folks and European colleagues. Vomit blood talking to US folks. [Spurting]🤮. Or should I say chicken and duck talk. [Facepalm][Anger][Angry][Gosh][OMG][Sweats][Doubt][Blush]. I m the thrill person. Even on Chinese 7th month, every Saturday night Ch8 was showing horrible movies. I didn’t get the thrill as the plot was so confusing. It was unlike “Scream” where you can feel the thrill. Maybe I m very adventurous [Silence][LOL][Happy][Smile][Chuckle]. I even party till reached home past midnight. [Silence]🤫 @MHh @1PC @melson

I will spend my Halloween night at Universal Studios Singapore this year since I got a free entrance ticket from a Grab promo event. It gonna be thrilling and fun! Come share your Halloween plan! @melson @rL_ @koolgal @LMSunshine @Aqa @CutieYolkYolk
$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ I usually never celebrate Halloween night. However, my families went to Universal Studio in Japan Osaka on Halloween night 5 years ago. It is very thrilling and exciting. We felt so scared that even have Japanese gal grab hold on me. This round we are going to Singapore Universal Studio tonight to try out the Halloween night there.
Spending my weekends trying to achieve my ideal lifestyle of being a full time trader
I sport my spookiest stockbroker look - skull head and a candy filled briefcase, and sit in front of my screen, watching each stock move. The thrill of seeing red and green candles is the perfect trick and treat: Exhilarating! Happy Halloween, my fellow ghouls! [Chuckle]

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ Nothing much actually. There was a party in the office but since I wasn't well, had to skip it. So, irrespective of what I wish, it is mostly chilling in the bed. The thrills have to wait - may be next year.
