US Official: Trump to Decide Within Days Whether to Expand Operations Against Iran

According to Fox News, US senior officials said President Trump is expected to decide within days whether to broaden military action against Iran and resume full-scale operations; no final decision has been made.
Officials said any order to resume full-scale operations would be far larger and more intense than the airstrikes that began July 7 and ran nine nights, which mainly targeted Iranian military assets tied to activity around the Strait of Hormuz.
One official said US forces have largely avoided strikes near Tehran or against Iranian nuclear facilities to date; that could change if full-scale operations are ordered.
