Apple AirPods 5 Expected in September; OLED IPad Mini Due by End-October

Mark Gurman wrote in his Power On newsletter that Apple could launch AirPods 5 as early as September, appearing alongside iPhone 18 Pro/Pro Max, a foldable iPhone, Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4.

Apple is also expected to introduce a new iPad mini with an OLED panel and additional features before the end of October.

iPhone 18 already? 😂 My iPhone 15 hasn’t even finished puberty. Apparently, my S$1,900 phone is obsolete because the new one is 0.02nm thinner, 2 grams lighter, has 10 million more pixels and a CPU 2x faster… so I can watch TikTok at exactly the same speed. 🤣📱 But hey, corporate profits aren’t going to grow themselves… and we must keep up with the Joneses. 💸📈 Still using an iPhone 17 that works perfectly? How selfish. Think of the corporations, the shareholders… and the neighbours. 😂
