$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ I haven't capitulated on my 11/20 contracts yet. The options positioning is substantial, and this isn't the kind of exposure I'd casually dismiss as retail noise. Keep in mind, this beast has a 14-day ATR of $23.96 and an RSI of 30.56. From where we are, the $650 strike is about 1.6 ATRs away. META is capable of covering that distance in a single trading session, though that would be a significant move beyond its typical daily range. That doesn't mean it will happen, but the volatility is there. Whether institutional flows step in and deliver upside follow-through before expiration remains the real question.
$Bloom Energy Corp(BE)$ If you like Bloom, $ERock, Inc.(EROC)$ is worth a look. Same type of company, and growth is picking up fast. They currently have a $1.7 billion backlog with customers like $Microsoft(MSFT)$ , $Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ , and ANTHZZX.P. The CEO has already stated they will do $435-$465 million this year and over 1 billion next year. Earnings are on November 12 BMO, and they are expected to announce over 100% jump in revenue in the third quarter, beating the whole first half. They have over $680 million in cash and zero debt, plus a $200 million line of credit not even tapped. T
$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ $NVIDIA(NVDA)$ $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ Meta is raising up to $95B in equity to fund AI infrastructure. Even Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom are interested in buying some of the shares. The CapEx arms race is now being financed with more stock issuance. Does this change how you look at the whole AI spend cycle?
$Meta Platforms, Inc.(META)$ It makes sense that they would raise capital after introducing voteless shares. But showing investors some good signs would help, like at least cutting metaverse spending or pausing development there. Nobody would complain about that being paused. Use that money for the AI buildout instead.
When are $Tesla Motors(TSLA)$ and $SpaceX(SPCX)$ merging? The new flying roadster is only adding to my speculation. Also, when is Elon launching his new cell service? Will this weigh on the stock with even more debt, or could it turn out well?
