$Invesco QQQ(QQQ)$ $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$ $iShares Russell 2000 ETF(IWM)$ $IREN Ltd(IREN)$ $NEBIUS(NBIS)$  Trump Pump is starting. Buybacks have doubled to $4 billion per operation, and that runs from Sept 9th through Nov 4th. Through Nov 4th, right around midterms.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ Phase 3 wasn't rejected — the ordinance simply wasn't voted on and will be taken up at a later date. The bigger picture is what matters here. Phase I and II are already within the township's Data Center Overlay, and Phase 3 appears to sit directly alongside the existing development. Still waiting for the formal vote, but this looks much more like a timing issue than a fundamental setback.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$  Both bulls and bears can make money on $SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust(SPY)$  as long as you don't get emotionally attached to it.

The $NEBIUS(NBIS)$  upside move still looks far from done. The stock hasn't hit $300 this year, though it came very close a couple months ago. I'm thinking we could easily see $340 before the end of the year.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ Anything lower would be a gift to buy. Not sure we'll actually get that chance, though. Vineland kept the thesis intact.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ One of the more interesting things about this company is that it could offer an early look at where the AI push heads next. The infrastructure buildout is still accelerating, but AI is also starting to reshape one industry after another. Software came first, and life sciences may be next. Nebius looks like it's already positioning for that. New CMO Lindsey Irvine comes from Benchling, the biotech R&D cloud, and former AWS executive Ilya Burkov now leads Nebius' life sciences and healthcare growth efforts. They seem to be staying a step ahead.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ Well caught by the bears. I did buy the dip though, on what I could at $249.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$  For those waiting for $230, I don't think that level is coming anytime soon.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ Watching the hearing, it feels like Gordon Gekko at the Teldar Paper proxy meeting. Probably because I am Gordon Gekko.

$NEBIUS(NBIS)$ I trimmed a small position at the close because I was somewhat concerned about how the market might react to the meeting, but that meeting turned out to be a non-event. This is still going to move forward. I plan to buy back soon.
