芯片平台,从双方签订协议到拿到芯片相关资料,荣耀研发人员用了5个月的时间完成了各方面调试整合。\n在赵明看来,荣耀 50 在芯片端的研发进度领先其它厂商,后续芯片的前期供应将有巨大优势——据腾讯《一线》报道,荣耀 50 初期备货量已超百万台。\n某手机厂商内部人士告诉雷锋网,产品备货量是手机厂商根据以往每款产品的出货量进行评估之后的一个预判,是手机厂商对自己产品信心的体现。\n虽然荣耀没有公布上一代产品的出货量数据,但从备货量数据来看,上一个备货量达百万级别的,是小米 11。\n3、彻底走出“华为”\n外部的芯片供应链问题已逐步得到解决,在内部,荣耀独立之后也亟需梳理或重建起一家独立公司必备的管理体系、渠道经营、团队组建;对“新荣耀”而言,这是荣耀迎战未来的子弹。\n赵明曾在采访中坦言,“完全独立后有一段短暂的迷茫期”,脱离了华为这棵“大树”的庇护,荣耀在获得自由的同时,也不得不独自面对风雨飘摇。\n目前,荣耀已经将作为一个独立公司应具备的各方面的运作机制、组织、各种资源包括办公室等方方面面,从一个体系当中独立出来。\n另外,IT 系统、行政体系的搭建,再加上市场体系所有的内容,所有跟供应商的合同,渠道上的合同,包括零售体系的合同,荣耀在独立之后也重新进行了构建。\n雷锋网了解到,在荣耀与华为“分家”之时,已有 30 余家渠道商成为荣耀的股东,和荣耀进行深度绑定。就在本月,爱施德宣布斥资 6.6 亿元参与了对荣耀的联合收购,成为渠道商中持股比例最大的战略投资者。\n有了“后援部队”的支持,荣耀在「全渠道」的规划布局下也在同步发力线下门店。据赵明透露,目前全国已有上千家门店同时在建。\n另外,在团队组建上,雷锋网了解到,荣耀目前拥有 8000 多名员工,其中绝大多数是从华为体系中分拆出来,涵盖了研发、销售、营销、采购、制造、服务、财经等端到端的完整体系。\n在这之中,研发人员占了半数,由原华为终端北京、西安等四个研发基地的人员整建制地进入荣耀,包括影像、芯片、软件研发、架构设计等团队。\n据了解,荣耀的开发周期最短的只有六到七个月,战略分成几排,一代在交付,一代在开发,一代在设计和预研中。“技术团队很早就开始储备的内容,如底层芯片、影像、软件、硬件、充电等等”,荣耀产品线总裁方飞在采访中表示。\n另外,方飞还透露,研发团队中有一部分人曾参与了华为最早的芯片的孵化,对芯片底层有所了解,而此次荣耀 50 搭载的高通 778G 也是实现调试整合之后才应用在产品之中。\n产业链相关人士向雷锋网介绍,一般情况下,手机厂商拿到芯片后大概会花一个月时间完成预研,预研合格后投入使用,启动量产项目开发,经过系统的设计、开发、测试以及内部试用,大概两三个月左右推向市场。\n据赵明在荣耀 50 发布会上介绍,此次高通骁龙平台也首次适配了荣耀的 Link Turbo、GPU Turbo X 等技术。\n不过,荣耀 50 还不算是研发团队聚力最猛的产品,从赵明和方飞此前在采访中的表态来看,即将在年内发布的荣耀高端旗舰 Magic 系列才是汇聚技术研发的“重头戏”。\n4、荣耀做“高端”\n在赵明 3 月 31 日公开的战略规划中,包括荣耀 50 的数字系列和 Magic 系列将作为荣耀的高端和旗舰产品。用赵明的话说,后者将具备超越 Mate 和 P 系列的硬件设计和体验。\n虽然 Magic 系列新品还在规划阶段,但不难看出,独立后的荣耀正显露出的野心,其瞄准的标的,正是华为无以为继的“高端领地”。\n“在我们的战略意图上来讲,荣耀正在方方面面进行年中高端全面崛起的准备”。今年 4 月,赵明曾在采访中说道。\n事实上,荣耀之外,包括小米 OV 在内的国内手机厂商也在争相竞逐这片市场空白,在荣耀官宣独立之时,就早已暗流涌动——小米接连推出了小米 11、小米 11 Pro、小米 11 Ultra;vivo 发布了 vivoX60 pro+;OPPO 则是凭借 FindX3 Pro 入场……\n荣耀要进入的,其实是一个群兽环伺的“竞技场”,场内巨头都已纷纷插上旗帜,荣耀不仅要撬开进场的大门,还要在其中争地逐鹿。\n在 IDC 和 Canalys 给出的 2021 Q1 全球智能手机出货量数据中,华为已掉出前五,归为“Others”,反观小米 OV,其市场份额则纷纷上涨。\n按照荣耀此前公开的 2021 年产品路标,下半年正是荣耀进击高端的重要时间点;而荣耀 50 可以说是其高端布局的开篇之作。\n相比小米 11 系列最高至 7000 元的定价,以及蓝绿厂上探至 6000 的价位区间,定位中高端的荣耀 50 系列最高 3999 元的定价则显得不那么“高端”。\n不过,价位高低并非定义手机是否高端的标准,而仅是高端的体现。\n聚客 200(一家通讯零售连锁行业 SaaS 平台)CEO 吴昊告诉雷锋网,在消费者心中,高端手机不仅仅是意味着更高的价格;手机能否站稳高端,是由购买或使用它的人群是决定的,只有一款手机在高消费者群体中获得认可,才算站稳高端。\n此前,在华为体系下的荣耀手机,一直被定义为中低端的互联网品牌,性价比才是贴在其身上标签。如今,从华为体系独立仅有半年左右的新荣耀,想要快速脱去这层外衣,恐怕没那么容易。\n反观同为互联网手机品牌出身的小米,在进击高端的路上也是费尽心思,先是与 Redmi 形成战略区隔,再通过小米 10 系列、小米 11 系列等“敲门砖”才慢慢击开高端大门。\n品牌认知不是“喊喊口号,做做广告”就能够转变用户心智,更重要的在于产品的硬实力,即产品的性能配置,软硬件生态的协同等全方位的产品体验,而这些都需要足够强大的技术支撑和生态合作协同。\n相比其他手机品牌,承接了华为部分技术团队的荣耀显然拥有一定的技术优势,但以此作为与其它手机品牌竞争的致胜武器,恐怕为时尚早。\n华为方面有关人士曾表示,华为的高端技术并没有和荣耀有太多交集,荣耀团队切割开后,不会对华为的研发体系造成太大影响,而荣耀方面也不会带走什么华为的核心技术。\n不难想见,荣耀在核心技术的修炼上,还需一段时间——相较之下,拥有固定研发团队的其它手机厂商,则更具备先发优势。\n5、下一个“华为”,会不会是“荣耀”?\n对于荣耀而言,冲击高端的号角已经吹响,凭借荣耀 50 打响了第一枪,按照荣耀的规划,今年还将迎来两声枪响。\n对于未来更长远的目标,赵明也并无遮掩。“新荣耀目标其实非常明确,就是要做中国市场第一。”赵明在采访中表示。而就在去年,华为一直稳坐中国市场第一。\n不过,对于“第一”的恒定标准,赵明并未有所阐释。但对于当下仅有 9.5%
