$PropNex(OYY.SI)$ record high HDB resale price in Redhill. I did not expect propnex to recover so fast, I planned to add more while it's at $1.7 but looks like it's not gonna happen. Great stock, hope it hits $3 one day. I believe in the Singapore property market.

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$ Is one of my longest and largest holding. I remember it hit the peak at 210 last year Oct, I did not sell. Based on market sentimental and statistics backed by various big tech companies spendings report, there are still strong demand in AI chips. Especially TSM earnings that was released this week. Moving forward this earnings season there will only be more certainty in AI chips demands!  Happy investing everyone

$Mapletree Ind Tr(ME8U.SI)$ been holding this for 2 years+ all I get is dividends.  Even my cost is higher than the current price.

$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ nothing is eternal, everything is constantly changing. Such is life. Same for stocks.  Profits will not last, to decide when to sell is the hardest lesson in stocks trading.

$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ This stock is really volatile. I always want to remind myself to take profits when it's available. Never greed.  My price target is probably 260 around there if it hits, I am out.

$NVDA 20260109 195.0 CALL$ when options profit, it should be sold. I had chance to profit about 150 usd. But again I got greedy and decided to hold longer. The very next day NVDA dumped... Horrible decision and probably unlucky. Need to be decisive and take profits asap.

$Coinbase Global, Inc.(COIN)$ this stock is heavily reliant on Btc. Even though so many upgrade and potential upsides, the price is still driven by how crypto move. Very risky but big potential profits.

$UnitedHealth(UNH)$ have been holding this since warrent buffet purchased it. Patience will prevail in a long run.

$Advanced Micro Devices(AMD)$ market is really horrible. I still remember Monday or Tuesday we hit 230. I could have sold. But I was greedy, I wanted to wait for a better price.  Lessons were learnt
