This Sunday, I m escaping from the terrible and horrible haze in Singapore. Germany - Switzerland - Italy here I come. I know what to expect in Germany as I m going back office to meet current and retired colleagues. I will also be meeting a German friend who is based in Singapore. He is so busy that we don't have the chance to meet here but this will be my 2nd time meeting in Germany. 🤣🤣. Then 24Sept, I will head off to Switzerland. Thereafter, it will be a blind box trip as my Italian friend will decide where to head too - totally based on the weather. 4 or 5Oct, I will be in Milan to meet my Italian colleagues. 6Oct I might go back to Germany office - it is dependent on the outcome of my retired colleague who had a surgery on 15Sept. Started My Cape to Cape walk this morning. Walked to Sugarloaf Rock. Basically testing out our trekking gear. It was windy and occasional raining. Hence dress warmly and next minute put on rain coat etc etc. overall a pleasant walk - 18km. @1PC@Wayneqq@MHh@rL@Universe宇宙@melson
I started my National Day celebration a week earlier. This morning left for Perth for Cape to Cape walk. Took photos at Changi Terminal 1 & Bufferfly Garden at Terminal 3. This air ticket was 1/3 paid by company for my contribution to Korea customer that I went in Mid-May. I didn't expect myself to be in Perth as my initial plan was to Germany & Italy for 2.5 weeks. This trip was deferred 2x. I think it might materialise in Mid-Sept. [Chuckle] My travelling spree is finally back again. I stopped travelling 2020-2023. Passport paid by company. Dec 2024 - Shanghai team building. Mar 2025 - Almaty. May - Korea, Aug - Perth then Sept/Oct - Germany, South Tyrol , Naples & Milan. @1PC
Now at Terminal 2 waiting to board my Seoul flight. Then 3.5-4hrs on the road to tech or industrial park. But today that customer stock not doing well. Down 2%. Recharge type as in 2 weeks time, I will be on business trip to South Korea. Not a place I fancy but a 1 week job that I need to go. South Korea not my cup of tea except ginseng chicken soup, BBQ & The Faceshop. Been to Seoul years ago - my 1st business trip to South Korea. Been to the famous palace, shopping belt & DMZ. This customer I m visiting is in tech park hence not in Seoul. Nothing much to do after work but a big shopping mall besides the hotel 😂😂. I m also a stakeholder of this customer. Speaking of devil!
