The fundamentals remains unchanged as evidenced by the deals that hyperscalers are making in securing long term agreements for memory. This sell off is a blind sell by the market and is an excellent opportunity to add position to the memory makers.

This correction is a really good opportunity to take position into MU, with all signs showing the demand is not dropping but ever increasing.  The fact that companies are willing to sign long term strategic agreements that guarantee the volume that they are going to take over the next 5 years is sign of how strong the demand is and the confidence that these companies has in the AI demand as more and more usage models are generated every week.

CXMT is a DRAM only company while SanDisk is a NAND only company, so there is no relation at all in terms of impact to the NAND supply with CXMT's impending IPO.  This is a classic illustration of market's non-logical panic and selling on emotion and not fact.

Any resultant new infrastructure that is being added from the fresh capital gained through this listing would take at least another 2 years to come on line. At the same time, AI demand continue to scale up exponentially with greater demand on inferencing and greater AI adoption.  The net impact to the market would be that supply would continue to chase after the ever increasing demand for memory, guaranteeing substantial margin to be maintained.

$Micron Technology(MU)$  Multiple Long Term agreements have been signed with customers locking in the demand and price for the next 2-3 years. This is ensuring stability in volume and price for the foreseeable future. As such, this dip is really a great opportunity to build up position while it is below $1000.

Grab the opportunity to load up now. The fear around the Iran situation does not change the narrative that DBS continue to be a solid business with an increasingly diversified income stream.

This is a move to maximize the margin while the market demand is soaring through the roof by reallocating all available silicon to the highest possible margin channels. Customers are right now fighting for memory without regards for the price. This could only means good news for Micron.

There is something wrong with Kioxia model that is causing the reverse trend. The rest of the memory makers are upping their prices for NAND flash with supply forecasted to remain tight through 1H26. Good opportunity to buy the dip.
