I belong to the Hufflepuff. I prefer to make calculated risk and is always in it for the long run. I'm a conservative invester. Intense daily trading is not my cup of tea although it potentially brings greater returns within a much shorter period. Not for me though

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$   Once the shopping malls are full of CNY deco with CNY songs playing at full blast in the background, CNY is certainly around the corner already. Not forgetting the stalls selling oranges, fire crackers and hampers by the roadside. Wishing everyone a prosperous Year of Snake!

I'll finish "Think and Grow Rich" by Napolean Hill. I started to read last year but didn't finish it for various reasons, not making an excuse for myself though this time...

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  Bullish on their products? Yes. Bullish on the stock price? Not so much.might load up again once it reaches 130. Reaching an ATH just to drop back so terribly within a few hours seem a bit too much for me [Facepalm]

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ I believe passion is the more important aspect in trading. In the book Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill, the very 1st lesson is to have a strong desire to be successful. Without passion, we would not be able to last too long on this investment journey, let alone accumulating wealth. At some point, our passion might diminish due to whatever reasonsl so it's up to us to always fan the fire in us to keep us going. Happy trading everyone [Miser]

My 2024 keyword is “Mediocre” because for my year started with so much promises but ended up pretty moderate for various reasons. For 2025, my keyword is “Promise,” as I made a promise to myself to snap out of this streak of mediocrity and show the best version of myself in life and investment. @Eleewin @koolgal @moliya let's roll!

The S&P has been having one ATH after another, 2025 will be no exception I believe. Especially with Trump's 2nd term about to begin, the feel-good factor probably might somehow boost the market. To how high will it go, only time will tell and to be honest, I'll just keep on DCA into my ETFs which includes $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$ and $Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF(SCHD)$  In the long run, the plummet (if it does happen mid-year), will look like nothing but a blip when everything concludes because S&P 500 has always been an uptrend since decades ago. Of course there have been and will

$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$ I've always go for something that a person has always wanted instead of giving them a surprise. Yeah, I get it... Surprises are the best but I prefer to get something that a person needed but still haven't get it for whatever reasons, provided it's within my budget of course [LOL]  I have a concern whereby the gift is not suitable for the intended person and it'll just be left aside once received. Anyway, Merrry Christmas y'all!

In my investment journey, I've been continuing to DCA into my ETFs especially into $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$ (apart from a few others) which I came across in a @koolgal 's article quite awhile ago. No crazy win yet but overall it's still pretty green so all's well. Pretty thankful [Salute] for that else I'd never be able to invest into the S&P 500 due to those high entry costs of SPY and VOO. On a self-improvement journey wise, sad to say I did not finish any new book due to my busy schedule and tonnes of lousy excuses [LOL] but I did manage to re-read the Atomic Habit once again due to my need to do a presentation at work which allows any topic so I chose to do a book summ

$NVIDIA(NVDA)$  things look kinda shaky at the moment for Nvdia. I personally do own some Nvdia directly and also indirectly (through $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 ETF(SPLG)$  and a growth ETF $SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 Growth ETF(SPYG)$ ) both in which NVDIA is ranked pretty high in their holdings. I'll hold my horse for now to decide whether to own more.
