A good 25% rise, $34-$36

I started investing in the Sg market in 2009 during the GFC and the first trade of OSIM made me $50. Looking back, it was such a small amount compared to the hundreds and thousands I make through receiving dividends or just trading, but it changed my life forever as it initiated me into the world of investing and trading psychology, and of course, multiple streams of income.

I will be watching the parade at the 37th rooftop BBQ pavilion of my condo. It is the first time we managed to book this rooftop pavilion on National Day. We will be catching the parade on the jumbo TV and as the condominium faces the city, we will be able to catch the real fireworks as well. As I shared previously, this condo was funded with the profits of steady investments over the years, it is very gratifying to be celebrating the Nation's birthday in such a space.

Many years ago I felt it was one of my worst investment mistakes to buy Keppel. I had bought it at $8. But with all the dividends at around 4% over the years and now in some snug profits, it is not too bad. The PE ratio is around 15, and it has shown itself to be capable of astute, strategic transformation such assets monetisation, it is a keeper.

If I achieved financial freedom, I would continue my life of building for the next generation, my children and my children's children, whether it is building them to be good persons or building my estate for them. All my life, stocks and steady investing. Having to switch directions and put stop losses affect my sleep. Moreover, I only trade with money I have. I have been able to fund a portion of my new property purchase with the profits accumulated over the years. 

We already sold in April. May deserves a comeback.

$Chagee Holdings Limited(CHA)$ Just opened a position today. The queues lend validation to the branding and quality. I hope it will go the way of Mixue in HK.
