NVDL Granite Shares 2x Long NVDA Daily - A Tactical Bet On Nvidia's Rally

At the last closing price of USD 942.89 per share, it maybe beyond the reach of many small time investors including me. But $GRANITESHARES 1.5X LONG NVDA DAILY ETF(NVDL)$ is a good strategy to catch this amazing upward momentum of Nvidia on a daily basis.
NVDL was originally meant to allow leverage of 1.5 times or 150% of Nvidia but since January 22 2024, this has changed to 2 times or 200%.
NVDL is so popular with traders and investors that it is on track to become the 2nd billion dollar single stock ETF next to $Direxion Daily TSLA Bull 1.5X Shares(TSLL)$ to reach that record.
Performance wise NVDL was up 6.4% on Friday and 8.4% in the past 5 trading days. NVDL has now skyrocketed 217% year todate. In 2023, NVDL has jumped a staggering 508%.
In contrast Nvidia was up 3% on Friday and in the last 5 days, it is up 4.3%. Nvidia is now up 95% year todate. In 2023, Nvidia has jumped 252%.
NVDL is not suitable for a long term hold as its compounding nature may affect the returns.
I like NVDL as it is a simple way to capture Nvidia's phenomenal rise to over USD 2 Trillion in market capitalisation. There is no need to borrow Nvidia stock or maintain collateral which maybe required in Options Trading or to deal with the complexities in Options Trading. There is no margin calls and I cannot lose more than the initial investment.
The expense ratio of NVDL is 1.15%.
However NVDL may not be suitable for the risk adverse investor. NVDL would be more suitable for an active trader who likes to monitor the markets more closely.
Ultimately there is no right or wrong, just what suits an individual's investing goals and risk appetite. That's the beauty of investing where fortunes can be made.
