AI spending is no longer just a story. Microsoft, Amazon and OpenAI have demonstrated that enterprise demand is translating into real revenue growth. As long as cloud providers continue signing multi-year AI contracts, earnings should support elevated valuations.
If I had to buy one name from the list today, it would be Amazon. AWS remains a key beneficiary of AI infrastructure demand, while its retail and advertising businesses provide diversification that many pure AI plays lack.
I believe the AI capex rally still has legs, but I would expect periodic 10% to 15% pullbacks. Higher spending alone is no longer enough. Companies now need to prove that every additional dollar of capex generates accelerating revenue, margins and cash flow. Those that do should continue to outperform, while those that cannot may see valuations compress.
If I could buy only one stock from this list, I'd choose $Amazon.com(AMZN)$ . AWS growth has reaccelerated, its advertising business is strong, and Amazon is well positioned to benefit from the long-term AI trend. I believe the company still has multiple growth drivers that can support earnings over the next few years.
I expect some short-term pullbacks after the recent rally, but I see them as buying opportunities rather than a reason to turn bearish. As long as AI adoption continues to expand, I remain optimistic about the sector.

The valuation may already reflect plenty of optimism, so I wouldn’t chase aggressively at an all-time high. However, if hyperscaler capex remains strong, I believe the “picks and shovels” side of AI still has room to run. My view is that the AI-capex rally continues, but with sharper pullbacks and greater separation between genuine earnings growth and hype.
